This was taken Saturday night at Lucille Maldonado's 60th birthday celebration. We crowned her "60 & Sensational" with a crown and sash which I picked up at Party Pig. Musically, I played doo-wop for most of the night, except when we went off on some hip-hop and 80s grooves.Lucille is the wife of Hilbert Maldonado, who has owned and operated Hill-Bert's Burgers since 1973 in Austin. Special thanks to Lucy and Hilbert and the whole Maldonado family for their patience and support of me as I used to manage their restaurants (Hill-Bert's). It was nice to connect with them again.
